“The Survivor”
Many of us know the battle he fought but few realize the outcome would be great Now is the time which we must bear and fight our fears for it is not too late. A man of courage, love, and kindness, touched our hearts with a joyous ring. The day has come for us to remember and hear him above while the heavens sing. Angels will guide us as we mourn, but defeat is not the reason for our tears. We face a struggle with our mind, body, and soul for life on earth without him brings us fears, We all must realize the fight is over, but never forget the winner has won. For a man that was so loved here with us is still alive as God’s wonderful son. Our prayers go out to family and friends, for our hearts feel empty as we grieve. The thing to recall is the picture of his life, and memories of which he decided to leave. It is hard to think of a man so strong, that a disease like this could lessen his drive. Physically the disease may have appeared to prevail, but spiritually he has and will always survive. NO MORE THREE PUTS, DAD Love, Jill |
What Cancer Cannot Do
Someone has made this claim, Cancer Kills I don’t think so. It cannot cripple love. It cannot shatter hope. It cannot corrode faith. It cannot eat away peace. It cannot destroy confidence. It cannot end friendship. It cannot shut out memories. It cannot silence courage. It cannot delay the soul. It cannot reduce eternal life. It cannot quench the spirit, and It cannot lessen the power of the resurrection. |
